Lenny Dunn
President
Lenny Dunn has over 30 years of experience working for some of the most respected regional and national homebuilders. Mr. Dunn began his career as a land development superintendent managing the development of several large residential projects in Southern California. He has held various land and management roles with increased responsibility including serving as Division President for the Southern California division of a top public homebuilder. Mr. Dunn has entitled, developed and managed projects throughout the United States for builders, capital providers and real estate managers, including repositioning several distressed assets. He understands the many challenges land owners, developers and builders face in obtaining entitlements and project approvals and has a track record of positive results.
Lenny is a member of the Board of Trustees of Milken Community School in Los Angeles. He is a volunteer coach, Board Member and Immediate Past President of Beverly Hills Little League. In addition, he has served on the Boards of the California Building Industry Association (BIA), the Los Angeles / Ventura chapter of the BIA and the Baldy View chapter of the BIA. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
